La Toque de Cindy is proud to announce the kick off of its line of culinary inspired books, The Pen and the Pan. We hit our first big milestone last week, signing a contract with our editor, Elizabeth Softky, over a cup of coffee at Café Barrone in Menlo Park, California. Admittedly, champagne and caviar would have been even more festive but, alas, coffee it is. We are in search of home cooks and those who just love to write to join us on this adventure.
