2024/2025 CLASSES AND CAMPS
Come join La Toque for holiday and winter cooking fun. I’ve created a set of classes which I’m hoping offers something for everyone. We offer classes most often for kids but the individual classes are open to all ages. Note all will be held in downtown Palo Alto in a cooking studio. CLASS LISTING
February 9, 10:00am-12:30pm, Chocolate Truffles and chocolate tasting, $70
CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES: Timed in advance of Valentine’s Day when the weather is cold enough for successful chocolate tempering, this is a great class for chocoholics. We’ll temper chocolate, make ganache and dip chocolates using transfer sheets. Each student will bring home at least 4 dipped chocolates.
