The fall line up for the Palo Alto Adult school cooking classes is now available for sign ups.    Of course, I’d like you to attend my classes (Farm Fresh Palo Alto, Mushroom Morsels and Forays, Mediterranean by the Sea, Secrets of Saute).   My new class offers a tour of the downtown Farmer’s Market.  Several of the farmers are lined up and ready to instruct the group on their farming and fishing practices.

There are a few marvels about the school that I want to share.  First of all, every teacher is passionate about what they teach and just love their jobs.  This really comes through in their instruction.   Classes are open to all adults.  You needn’t be a Palo Alto resident to attend.   Classes are value priced and a bargain for what you receive.   Most classes are priced at $50.  I just saw a BBQ class listed at a different school for $175.
